For dads, it would be great to have a dedicated children's play area within the hotel.

Really enjoyed Amman, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and excellent near many good restaurants. My room was exceptional and reasonably spacious. The location was magnificent and perfect - next to many shops as well as the center. Again, the property was within easy walking distance of a state-supported university;))

My room was perfect and bathroom was huge. All the employees were best and respectful.

Stylish decor and a room that was just right. Plenty of tasty food choices. Friendly staff and a fantastic location, which was spot on for me! 🌟

The value for money at Al Basem was excellent, I paid for a 3-star hotel and got a 6-star treatment. The room was clean and magnificent, and the location was convenient, only 15 minutes away from everything. The staff, especially Motasem and Leen, were awesome and made us feel at home.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

I chose Al Basem Hotel specifically for its proximity to the Al Hussein National Park. I wanted to visit the park and explore its beauty. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's 24-hour room service and free Wi-Fi service. The upscale restaurant was also a great addition, offering delicious meals. What I especially liked was the lounge area where guests could relax with a book, enjoy tea and coffee, and have a variety of snacks.

This venue is pretty simple but the staff here are really friendly and the rooms are top-notch. the food is so yummy, and they offer a wide variety of dishes. 🍲

First of all, the staff were really good. They were hospitable and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. Second, the hotel was clean and had all the facilities I needed, including a great parking spot.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being close to these amenities, the rooms and apartments were quiet and peaceful, nice for a restful stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

While the hotel does not offer food, there are many food shops in the vicinity, so this was not a major issue for us.

If you're looking to be close to lots of great dining options, this hotel is perfect for you. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, you'll never go hungry. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and great amenities like air conditioning and room service. Unfortunately, the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue, but the friendly and helpful staff more than makes up for it.

For my New Year's stay, the hotel was conveniently located near many shopping and dining options. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were kept clean and tidy. The air conditioning in the room was a great relief from the hot weather outside.

The noise from the outside could not be avoided, even with the windows closed. The traffic was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at night.

What an unexpected gem! First of all, we loved the location of this hotel - it was located just a short walk from a plethora of shops and restaurants. we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and upgraded room that we were offered upon arrival. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
